I have nothing but wonderful memories from my stay at the Elena Beach Hotel. I spent 5 delightful nights in a conveniently located hotel, right next to a beautiful sandy beach, ferries, and the charming town of Kissamos. the rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, complete with a lovely balcony where I enjoyed beautiful sea views. the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, always responding quickly to any requests. the food was delicious, adding to the enjoyable experience of my trip.

It took only 10 minutes to walk to King Street Shops bus stop. The room was reasonably spacious and nicely decorated, featured a personal safe, air conditioning, and an iron.

The location was not good, it's a pitty.

The staff was amazing, helpful and attentive. Great location close to beautiful beaches. Modern and clean rooms. Delicious food at the tavern and restaurant.

I had an amazing time at this hotel last year in July. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with a private access to the sea. The rooms are updated, with comfortable beds and a fabulous sea view. The staff were incredibly kind and eager to help, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was excellent, with a special Cretan omelette that was absolutely delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect. It was situated right on the beach, allowing me to easily walk to the sand and sea whenever I wanted. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, with a fabulous sea view that made me feel like I was in paradise. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the special Cretan omelette, it was a treat to start my day with such a tasty meal.

The room cleanliness at Elena Beach was exceptional, with the cleaning staff doing a very good job. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, especially the delicious Greek sweets baked fresh every morning. The hotel's location right on the sandy beach was perfect, and we appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Spending Xmas at a beach hotel was a great idea! The cozy room and the warm weather really made my holiday. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day, offering something for everyone. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas made my beach time even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, the free parking was a great added bonus.

One thing that I didn't enjoy was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, which was not up to standard. , the bed was uncomfortable, and I had trouble sleeping.

Rooms were updated with excellent facilities, including comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the sea. the staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality, as well as a delicious breakfast every day. You could unwind on the great sandy beach, equipped with lounges and a nice bar.

The pillows were a bit disappointing, but it wasn't a major concern.
